Gerard heads up the health and life science sector at Browne Jacobson and continues to be at the forefront of advising the UK and international clients, including the NHS, in the sector on the development of new health systems, health tech/AI projects, data sharing and international transfer regulation, clinical research projects and the move from curative to preventative health systems.
He is regularly sought for advice on all matters relating to public and regulatory law, both in the UK and internationally. His expertise and pragmatic approach helps clients deliver on their plans and understand how to deal with challenges.
During his session at ARVR Innovate Gerard will look at the regulatory landscape which health tech faces and how AI will be regulated going forward.
